    Not worth the price/quality
Pool closed way too soon even when it was 38C outside, barely used it. Hotel is very expensive for a very average hotel.

I was here for a dance competition. Lovely hotel and great staff. My only gripe was that the air con was virtually non existent in the room. In the end, I had to open the door to the balcony and let the freezing air in as I woke up several times sweating.

    Beautiful Hotel near Borghese Gallery
This charming grand hotel is in a beautiful if out of the way neighborhood. (For a reasonable, quite Roman dinner or pizza, try Fiore del Zucca nearby). But, it is at the top of the Borghese Gardens and a very short stroll to the fabulous Borghese Gallery -- a must see. You can then walk fairly easily to Piazza del Popolo. The hotel itself is lavish and comfortable in an old school European way. And it has a fabulous outdoor pool (we haven't tried the indoor spa), a must in the Rome heat. We've stayed three times and love it.

More like a 4 star hotel
Average hotel, front desk service could be better and more personal. Hotel somewhat worn out and in need of makeover, shower is terrible.

A good stay in a very well run hotel
A small conference held at this hotel. Comfy rooms, attentive staff. I didn't get to check out the spa and pool which I heard from other guests is fantastic. It's right on a large park. This hotel has a good reputation and I'm not surprised. My rating is as a business traveler, so I wasn't looking to be right in the middle of cultural points of interest.
