We gained a traveler last minute and the front desk staff was so helpful in giving us an option for a larger room. Even with a busy check in, the staff was helpful and efficient. Housekeeping was great at getting us extra linens and towels. The shuttle service couldn’t have made our stay easier. The hotel and room were clean and nicely renovated. Room had trash stuffed in places. The shower didn’t have any type of seat or bars. After spending so much on the room I still get charged almost 30 for parking and it was at my own risk so the dent in my door from another vehicle is on me. The food was ok at best. Staff was friendly.
