I booked this hotel because of the high ratings and affordable price. I did not have anywhere near the same experience to some of the other ratings. The hotel was unbelievably hot when we arrived. The front desk employees were very nice. Unfortunately, that’s the only positive I can say. I was double charged for my room, blamed it on Expedia, and it took a week to get a refund after many calls and emails. No one at the hotel could help with that and the manager was MIA when we were there. Our room was disgusting…stains all over the couch, stained pull-out bed, hair on a number of towels, hair and dirt in fridge, mold in the grout in the shower, and pubic hair in the wall of the shower! The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The rooms were dirty. Garbage still in the room, sinks dirty with hair from shaving, etc... Found tick in other room. Hotel was over booked. No other rooms available. The general manager was awesome. She was shocked & so very sorry. Told us to have Hotel.com get in contact with her for a full refund. Hotel.com said they couldn't do that. Very disappointed. Will not be using them to book our hotel stays in the future.

Hotel is very nice and clean just a few cosmetic things in the room/bathroom like toilet paper roll holder hanging on by a thread of a screw and also the wallpaper peeling back to bame a few.

The first morning we went to breakfast on the 04/18/25 the lady that was serving food was very rude! Not only to me but the other lady that was there trying to talk to her.hope they look into this because there is no need to ace like that to your customers.

Have stayed at this hotel several times and always a nice experience. Beautiful hot, cooked to your liking breakfast provided. Only detraction would be this time the wear and tear is starting to show. Probably could use some updating in rooms.
