The room was ok, but we had an handicap room…. Automatic door hard to open, washroom… not so clean and very much adapted for whell chair…. Not to us ! Phone did not work, wifi did not work, elevator to the pool not working, breakfast very average for the fees they charged. For all that, I would not say it worth the price paid.

My stay was amazing! The staff was so accommodating. My boyfriend and I got there early so our room wasn’t ready yet so they checked our bags in and held them while we walked around for a bit. The manager even offered us to change clothes since we did fly in from NC, which I thought was so thoughtful. The breakfast was good, the room was so nice and clean. Very comfortable. I will DEFINITELY rebook there when I travel to Miami again.

Perfect mom and daughter weekend
Room was clean and exactly as pictured. Pool was warm in February. We walked everywhere. Beach was very quick and easy walk. So many restaurants near by. Perfect location. We parked in the parking lot 1 block down the street.

We had issues with hot water, we communicated with reception and they asked us to turn on the shower and wait 15 minutes, we waited 30 minutes and got no help, we called again and they said they would notify maintenance, we had no shower and the only option was a cold shower, asked again the next morning and still had to wait.
