The room was very clean. Hotel is in a convenient location to access downtown, airport and tourist attractions. Staff was friendly. I would stay there again if I go back to San Francisco.

Terrible stay! Bed sheets were not changed from a previous guests, when asked at reception to change the sheets, I was told that housekeeping finished work and they can do it for me the next day!
The whole condition of the room was really bad, everything was falling apart.
TV didn’t work, window didn’t close fully, carpet stank of wee and many many more…
Breakfast is not a breakfast as advertised on their website. It’s literally just bread, butter and stale cereal.
I wish I never wasted my money on this hotel. Avoid at all cost.
