Check in was tricky because the doors you think you go through by IHOPS isn't the loby doors. Just drive around the building and you will see the loby. Check in was a breeze. I asked for a first floor room that was close by a door because my husband can't walk very far. We got a room very close to the door and it was a pretty quiet room. Room decor was nice but the carpet was warn. We stayed 3 nights and on the 3rd night we got into our room and noticed the ac was out. I went to the front desk and explained what happened. Shawn came right away and got our ac running right away. He then explaned about how the hotel was going to be getting a facelift including getting new carpets this coming January. We had constant hot water and the water flow was great. This hotel is just a short walk to The Mall of America and it has bus runs. IHOP is connected but you don't need to go there for breakfast because the hotel has a delicious breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, or Canadian bacon when we stayed. Biscuits and gravy, mini waffles, oatmeal, fruits and a verity to drink. The front desk man, Dovence, was kind and very nice. Yes, we would stay there again.
