The most amazing thing about the Magnolia hotel is the staff. They are super friendly, helpful and welcoming! They go out of their way to make sure your stay is the best one possible. Another great thing about the hotel is its location being close to downtown and the waterfront added to our visit to Victoria. Complimentary e-bikes provided by the hotel gave us an opportunity to explore Victoria beyond downtown. We will definitely be staying there again during our next visit to Victoria.

If you value a hotel that get's the details right, this is the place to stay. Every staff member we interacted with was helpful, courteous and professional. From the moment we waked in the door we felt welcomed. The room was nicely appointed and came with a Nespresso coffee maker, Dyson hair dryer, a portable steam wand for wrinkled clothes and some of the most comfortable robes in any hotel. My wife liked them so much she bought one. The furniture and finishes were great and everything was immaculately clean. The location is great for exploring Victoria and there are many great restaurants within a 10 minute walk or less. I won't bother looking for a different hotel the next time we visit Victoria. This is now my go-to place.
