Had to wait over 45 minutes to check in because the front desk person was doing the airport shuttle. After a long day and being 9 at night this was totally unacceptable. The hotel is in need of repairs for sure. The bathroom light squeaked so loud you couldn’t have it on. Carpet completely wore out. Continental breakfast was good

This is an older property and is beginning to show some wear. The landscaping is mostly weeds, carpets dingy, outdated furniture. The breakfast is the usual fare at a mid range hotel. Overall, it was fine. The staff at front desk are not particularly interested in you, too busy with more important things.

Our television did not work. We called the front desk to ask for help, and they hung up on us. So my daughter went to the front desk to ask for help. A nice man came, but was unable to fix our TV. We were looking forward to watching a show before bed. We also wanted to watch the news in the morning.
