Front desk staff was friendly and pleasant to work with. No issues with check in. The pictures and reviews were not accurate. The area and the condition of the hotel were not what was displayed in the pictures. It was fine for me but I would not have wanted my wife to stay there. I little to run down. For example the shower was newly remodeled but the sink had a big crack running down the center. There was also what looked like a cigarette hole in the comforter but there was no smell of smoke in the room. I don’t think I would stay there again

The room was old and the carpet was very dirty. No hot water for my shower. Could not control the temperature in the room. The heat was either on or off. Setting a specific temperature had no effect on how hot it got. The staff was nice.
