Great place to stay if you want to get sick!!!
Never Again! I travel to Syracuse to take care of my elderly family. The place is dirty. Sink was clogged with razor stubble (not mine). Hallways are ice cold, no heat on. I think I was 1 or 3 guests there during my stay. Front desk demands cash only for soda or water. No debit card or putting it on the room bill. Used to be a very nice place but has gone downhill significantly. The last time we stayed there, my wife got COVID, this time both of us came down with the Flu!!! Gross, never again!!!!!

Hotel was nice and basic for my short stay. Room was nice and big however I didn’t realize there was no microwave, that’s my fault though for not reading the room listing better. I scheduled a pick up from the airport 24hrs in advance then they had no driver but did not contact me to let me know so I had to Lyft to the hotel. The lady at the front desk did offer to talk with the manager for a refund on my Lyft cost. Hot breakfast was good.
