Hotel was clean and staff was kind and helpful. The beds are very firm. Maybe too firm for most people. No AC in the rooms means you will need to open the windows if you run hot and the street noise can be very loud at night but what else can you expect for being in the middle of chinatown. If you just need an affordable, clean place to sleep at night then this place fits the bill. The rooms are very small and there are virtually no amenities, just a TV (with a relatively small amount of channels) and liquid soap and shampoo in the shower. No mini-fridge or microwave, but it DOES have its own bathroom, which most other similarly priced hotels in SF do not have. No breakfast, snacks, or drinks of any kind. Definitely not a place to while away the hours, but a good, affordable place to bed down after a full day of activities.
