Saved the Day!

I had to make a last minute switch in my accommodations (literally within a 30min. window of time). And they were able to accommodate me. Service upon check in to check out was wonderful. They understood I was not there for vacation and accommodated my needs as such. Property staff was extremely helpful from the concierge, to parking attendant, to food delivery. Everyone was extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed.

It was such a fun place to stay. It had the atrium, which was really cool. The room was nice and service was great. We had an issue with the TV in our room, and maintenance came right up to fix it after we called. I would for sure stay here again.

It was overall an excellent stay. As a family with kids the place is amazing. We stayed for 5 nights. One of the thing that needs improvement is the instant coffee in the room. That’s just a lot of plastic packaging. Our room has a very old iron. All the numbers were faded. As careful as I did, I still burnt my beautiful silk dress. They replaced the iron though.

Gaylord palms not like it use to be.

Pool side it’s like they needed more help. Valet didn’t have any urgency. You pay this much to stay here and pay extra $50 for valet, you should be able to call down and have them get your car. Twice was sent to voice message saying we are to busy, just bring ticket to valet and we will get your vehicle. We do exactly as said and they have valet people standing around in circle chatting among themselves and cars piling up. No urgency no organization to who’s doing what. Side of these 2 things, it is a beautiful place to go, just was disappointed in the first people we see and the last people we see. Also the care at pool side.
