Room was very clean and comfortable. The location was great for visiting the Gardner museum and the MFA. Parking easy and affordable. The restaurant was pretty good.
There were unexpected charges, a facility fee, and 3 taxes, state, city, and local so while the price good with these added charges, it was more than what I first expected.

My husband was in a local hospital, and I stayed if he seemed unstable or I needed to be there early. Check in was difficult one evening as I made the reservation only 2-3 hours earlier. Also using a "third party" was mentioned as if I was a secondhand citizen for doing so.
The room itself was perfectly comfortable with amenities including a microwave, fridge and a Kuerig. The room was warm and lights were on, welcoming for someone stressed and alone. The paper products were cheap.
Would not hesitate to stay there again.

The room was perfect. We only stayed two nights so didn’t use much of the amenities. The only unfortunate thing was that the grill/bar wasn’t open for meals but the food court was very acceptable.

Great location for walking to Fenway. The sirens are constant being in between multiple hospitals but the bed was comfortable and Lionel was very helpful in holding our bags until check in.

Hot water turned off at 10:30 am -- notified in advance, maintenance issue.
Shower floor slippery, uncomfortable for this senior. Couldn't figure out shower faucet. Neighborhood is very noisy, lots of ambulance traffic. Parking was convenient and felt secure.

We had a great stay. Clean and quiet hotel. Cheaper parking. Nice short walk to Fenway. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant isn’t open on weekends so we had Dunkin.

Hotel is excellent. Clear.rooms and friendly staff. I travel allot for buskness and pleasure. I can honestly say that Angel is the best Concierge ainhave ever experienced. The Inn and its guests are truly lucky to have him.
