Horrible Hotel
It was horrible couldn’t sleep smells so bad the water smell like sewer restroom ceiling falling apart with mold the blankets had cigarettes burn with holes I want A credit back to my account False advertisement The Hotel Photos!!!!!😡😡😡

I had a good stay. The lady who checked me in and out was amazing and she was very professional. I had a jacuzzi room trying to celebrate our 5 yr anniversary and the jacuzzi didn't work it was candy behind the bed and the soap that the previous person used was still in the shower. Room was disgusting and disappointing but the clerk like I said was awesome.

Never again in a Super 8 by Wyndham
This hotel is in poor condition. I reserved in this hotel because it belongs to Wyndham. The quality is below a Wyndham standard under Wyndham has lower its quality. The reservation included breakfast and none was offered. Also, WiFi was not accessible and when called for assistance no answer from front desk. The hotel is in poor physical condition. The room has refrigerator seating on two pieces of brick. The blanket had wholes as if termites or cigarette burns had damaged it. The concrete stairs were deteriorating which causing a hazard. The building has no elevator. The parking lot was dirty.

Just Stay Elsewhere
This was a very disappointing stay. The room was very run down and dirty, with roaches. We actually had to move rooms because the first room they sent us to had an overwhelming smell of smoke. And even though all the websites advertised free breakfast, they claimed that there was none " due to covid ". Covid has been around over 2 years, plenty of time to change the online info. That's just flat out false advertising. Plus, covid isn't effecting breakfast at any of the other hotels, including other super 8s. Very, very disappointing.

Understaffed, and no advertised breakfast
The online booking said it came with free breakfast which is a large part of why I booked this hotel. It did not have any breakfast services up and running yet, supposedly until June 1st, and the hotel would not compensate for false or inaccurate advertising. The first room I was put in smelled like smoke even though they are all non smoking rooms. They transferred me to a second room. There was no one at the desk to greet me when I arrived. I had to call out, literally yell, several times to see if anyone could hear me to come help me through a glass partition. This happened three times when I needed assistance, that the front desk was not staffed by anyone. I had to wait for over five minutes one of the times hoping someone would come to help me. It was ridiculously frustrating. The room itself is standard and okay. There are small holes in the comforter that I noticed and a tear in the couch. The tv reception was very poor. It was a very jumbled picture. The front desk man was courteous, but ultimately I felt very frustrated and unsatisfied with this stay.

Only half the jacuzzi worked and the water was brown, trim was falling down, only had 2 out of 7 lights working, the coffee machine strainer was missing, sink cracked in half, very noisy neighbors
