Poor 2.0
It was 40 degrees and we found that the air conditioning was not working the time we checked in. We asked the manager to fix it but he didn’t. We had a 16month baby who had to suffer from the stuffy and hot temperature in the room. We literally had to open our door because it’s cooler in the hallway. The wood frame of the crib bed was broken and they did nothing even though we reported to them immediately. The checkin service was poor. They basically put minimal effort and were unwilling to help.

Absolutely loved our time here. Little places to get food right across the street. Very close to Metro Subway and lots of bus stops!! Complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve had so far, and with it being on the rooftop was especially enjoyable!! Staff were very nice. Will definitely stay there again💕

The air conditioning was weak and not adequate for the 30 degree weather. The breakfast was excellent.

Not quite what was expected...
The hotel was fine....just fine. There are a few things you should consider when booking. I went in July, so heat is an issue that you may not have if you go at a different time. Junior Suites - They say they include a double bed and two singles. Sounds good for a family of 4 right? What they don't tell you, is that the double bed is a pull out couch. We asked politely to switch, but were told ALL of these suites used the couch. My wife and I did not sleep together and elected to use the singles...the kids got the pull out...and hated it. They should have mentioned that in the booking information. I would not have booked there if I knew. Air Conditioning- You have a control in your room, but that is controlled by the front desk. After 2 sweltering nights, I went to the desk and asked them to please fix it. They flicked a switch and it stayed on. I kept having to go to the desk to remind them though pretty much daily. The people are very nice so no worries. Just annoying. Breakfast- Is good, but very sweets heavy. Not a traditional Roman breakfast. Good though. Hot up on the roof, but good. Metro - Is VERY convenient and easy to use right across the street. 2 stops to the Termini. Like 5 minutes. The hotel is not directly downtown, but that is not an issue at all. Supermarket RIGHT across the street. Awesome place. Cold beer 1.50€. Sandwiches made while you wait...very cheap prices. City Tax- This is INSANE. 6€ PER PERSON, PER DAY...added 216€ to the end of my trip. Crazy.

We had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was pretty good and staff was pretty cordial and friendly. The hotel is only 1 minute away from the subway (Policlinico) and an hour walk from the "Trastevere" location by the Tiber river. About 40 minute walk from the Trevi friendly.l

Very nice hotel
Great price, very good location, although not in city center, near public transportation stops (bus, metro, tram). The staff was very nice, especially the blonde lady, who was always in a good mood and always smiling :) The bathroom was a little small, but nothing to complain about. I had an evening flight and they let me leave the luggage there after check out. I would definitely stay there again.
