3 night stay, decent, great location.

Resort was clean and well maintained, breakfast buffet was excellent, food everywhere else on property not so great. Service at pool and outside bars was terrible, they need to hire more wait staff, the ones that were working were great, just not enough of them to handle the volume. I would stay here again but not for the price I paid, poor value in my opinion.

The hotel was very nice, on the beach with a great pool area. The restaurants were good as well as the casino. The hallways and room smelled a musky, and the AC was sub par. We checked in later in the day for an early AM flight so we made do, but if it was an extended stay we would have had to ask for a new room. Overall the property was nice, and the staff was great.

We stayed one night with two young children to be able to have access to the beach/pool before flying out early the next morning. Hotel room was outdated and smelled musty. Other rooms had been updated we're told. Staff was excellent. Note that due to rip currents, the hotel beach is really not swimmable for kids (red flag posted the whole time). This is not a place to go to relax quietly - it's super crowded and more of a party vibe. That being said, it was fine for our family for one night.

Packed together on Beach.

The Hotel is on a lovely large beach BUT, they make guests sit PACKED into a small space on top of everyone else including screaming children and drunk young people. . We hated that! They are also practically on the airport runway which can be very very noisy. We will not stay there again.
3 to 4 rows deep with no space in between, the rest of the beach empty.

This property is right on the beach and has a very nice pool area, beautiful lobby and our room was nice and spacious. We were able to walk along the beach a long ways, and we walked to a nearby brewery also. The food we had at the bar was good.

Two great hot tubs. Beach area is beautiful and the staff does an amazing job of bringing beach chairs and umbrellas. Front desk is great. Housekeeping and maintenance very friendly and professional. Food is good but the service is very slow and staff not attentive at all with the exceptions of the coffee bar and the food service on the beach. If you are looking for a quick bite to eat make sure you bring snacks. On our final day after checking out, we were going to get lunch at the bar before leaving for the airport. We got menues, 10 minutese later we got water and 15 more minutes and we still had not given our order. We decided to leave after that because we didnt want to miss our flight. We had to eat at the airport. Just dissaponting cause the food at the hotel was so yummy and fresh. Of course the food at the airport was overpriced and gross. I booked this through Expedia and did not realize that I would get a seperate resort fee for each room. I thought I was saving money for my group of four but after resort fees it was probably not a deal at all. I ended up eating the resort cost myself and not saying anything to my group because I felt bad I did not notice that wasnt part of the package.
