Worse, stay ever, do not book a reservation here.
One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Constant dripping of the faucet in the tub could not stop it. Phone cord for the receiver was missing. Couldn’t even call the front desk. Door and the stairway on the bottom floor was broken, knob came off in my hand as I tried to open it. Breakfast was horrible, no fresh fruit, nectarines were like solid rocks, and the apples were spoiled. Person at the front desk was unavailable in the morning, finally found the person after about 15 minutes, express my concern about the condition of the hotel, he didn’t seem Too interested in hearing me.

It was a clean & large room. The bed was huge & comfortable.bathroom was a good size with lots of towels...the toilet paper roll was in a weird spot but that all. Easy access to route 322. Close to the Hershey Chocolate complex & the Giant arena.

My safety lock was damaged from a previous guest... The thing in the bathroom sink is missing from a previous guest.. The microwave was missing prior to my check-in so I had to use the breakfast service area... The window was slightly open & I couldnt get it to closed. .so i had to turn on the heat...bc it had raind that night (9/9/24)

The room ceiling was falling apart and clearly showed water damage. There was banging and knocking noise being made throughout the night. The bath tube drain was clogged and slowly drained the water. I would not stay here again or recommend anyone to stay.
