Great location next to Lost Lake and with a free bus right outside. Nice pool as well and quiet location. Good value compared to staying in the village. Shame the hot tub wasn’t working though and had to ask for several missing items for our room. Bbq needed cleaned as well

When I was sitting by the window in the bedroom and looking out at the snow-capped mountains, I felt serene and peaceful. This was a very good stay: a quiet and clean environment with prompt responses from the staff and reasonable prices.

It was a nice and cozy place surrounded by green forest. Because the hotel is located at the end of the Upper Village, it's a good place that is not interrupted by other tourists. Also, underground parking lots are equipped with with automatic doors for security or to prevent misuse from other skiers. However, I couldn't understand why the hotel guest should pay for the parking everyday. It can be waived during the summer season.

We have been returning to Lost Lake Lodge for a couple of years, with one of the best amenities for us being the quiet pool and relaxing hot tub. Unfortunately to our big disappointment the hot tub was our of order.. :( There were some kind of construction going on in one of the rooms so the elevators were covered but that’s all reasonable, not much noise, but the broken hot tub was so sad. Other than that this still remains our favourite getaway lodge. :)

Impressive! Great location, great price, great atmosphere, greatly clean and even greater staff. Special thank you to Megan on the phone during after hours service. All the information we inquired about was readily available but we were too exhausted from traveling to notice. She was patient, kind and truly ready to assist in any way possible! Shows her character! What a blessing to our world! Thank you lost lake lodge! We felt attended to. We felt indulged. We felt the vacation vibes. Thank you for the much needed rejuvenation! Also, we greatly intend to be back next year! Cheers!!

6/10 Good

Hotel was clean. Great location next to Lost Lake and free village shuttle bus right outside. Disappointed that pool and hot tub were closed. Only got a weeks notice and by that time it was too late to relocate. Despite pool being closed, we were still charged $289 “property fee”. Not sure what that was for as there was no housekeeping service during the four days and had to ask at reception for toilet tissue and coffee
