We enjoyed our stay, our room was clean, front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Downside was having to pay $24 per night for parking and total bill at checkout was more than expected.

We had a pleasant stay with friendly staff and well-maintained property. We feel safe and welcomed even during this special time. We like the beds, kitchen and the hot tub in our room. After a day of skiing, the hot tub is the best!

The front desk ckerk was amazing. Too bad the room was not perfectly clean. The hot tub was dirty, they was lots of dishes left in the dishwasher and they was no coffee for our coffee machine. But our friendly front desk clerk was glad to send someone to give us coffee cups for our keurig machine. Overall great lication; friendly staff...just need an upgrade on cleanlyness.

We had a wonderful time. Really enjoyed the hot tub in the room and the fireplace. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the locked snowboard storage provided as well.

Staff is friendly. Place is dumpy, kitchen ware dirty. Poor upkeep of the property

Stay was clean and no major complaints. However, it was the little things that made this one of our least impressive stays in Whistler. The pool requires you to leave the hotel to access. Given that the hot tub is small (4 people max) and that the pool wasn't too warm, it means the 8 people allowed per pool time slot is too much. We weren't able to use the hot tub as two groups settled down with multiple drinks before we arrived and didn't leave (they weren't rowdy I should note, but clearly weren't going to leave before their time slot). The room had a jacuzzi tub right in it which is a strange design. The jets on the tub didn't really work. Finally, the toilet seat lid wouldn't stay up so you had to hold it back while sitting down or have it hit your back. Again, nothing major, but a combination of little things. I should note that the front desk staff were very helpful.

Overall it was a good stay. Good value for money given Whistler rates in peak season. Our room included a full kitchenette and jacuzzi tub next to the bed, as well as a large balcony. A few issues: - TV had some issues with the screen (minor) - Stove did not work - You need to request coffee pods from the front desk. A Covid safety issue no doubt, but they could mention it at check in as opposed to “didn’t you read the notice we gave you” after you’ve checked in. - Pool and hot tub available by booking a time slot. Front desk was good, but could not be classified as friendly or helpful. Seemed to do the bare minimum expected. If you’re looking for a quality value stay with good location relative to the village, this place will do nicely. But just keep in mind the room and decor will be dated, and you might encounter a few items that are not ‘perfect’ during your stay.

Great room, close to slopes, view of the mountain. Nice jet tub in room. Accomodating staff for early check-in and ski storage
