Cute building, cute area. Place was fancy and clean. Was very humid, the ceiling fan didnt work and there wasnt any other fans in the room. Listing said there was ac but turning the thermastat down didnt make it kick on. Shower had good pressure and temperature. Hot tub on the roof made for great views at night.

This was a beatifully decorated property, with every attention to detail. The rooftop hot tub was fantastic and clean and a real treat. Check in was easy with security codes and step by step direction. We walked to the Common and surrounding areas one day, and walked to TD Garden one night. Fantastic options of close by dining (try Gigi's!) and other walkable choices. Staff was communicating every step of the way and very helpful. Would highly recommend!

Great location for end of day relaxing
This was a great place to stay while attending a conference at the convention center. Close enough to walk there quickly, but far enough removed that you could relax at the end of the day. I made use of the rooftop hot tub twice during the stay -- it was just too appealing, even when it was snowing in January! There was no breakfast due to Covid, but they left bananas and cookies, which was nice. There was also no elevator, so be aware that you're going to have to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs! The Loxe app has a lot of bugs (see the app reviews), but the owners communicated well and we we were able to resolve all the issues before my arrival. Had no issues with the app after that. Bed was comfy, shower had great pressure, overall very comfy. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Boston.

Charming neighborhood which is a 10-15 minute walk to Copley Square and The Prudential. The brownstone has beautiful historic woodwork and modern updates. It was clean and comfortable with many luxury amenities.

Best Bed and Breakfast in Boston!
Absolutely stunning Bed and Breakfast in Boston South end! The owners Steve and Bobby go way above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.
Check in- is done easy using the LOXE APP. You are able to check in, gain entry and access your room all through the app.
Parking- just a wee bit of a challenge. It is the south end after all. I recommend quick double park, drop your bags and then head down to the parking garage on Berkley Street ( 0.3mi).
Once back at the Clarendon, you will be able to appreciate the Old south end ,meets updated construction! Everything is updated and impeccably clean.
Rooms- 4 poster comfortable beds, big tv, and stocked refrigerator! Extremely clean bathrooms with plenty of linen.
Rooftop- the only one in the city with a hot tub!!! Amazing views and super fun and clean.
The hosts- you absolutely will not find better hosts anywhere!! Stephen and Bobby go to great lengths to assure your comfort and enjoyment!!! I wish I had more characters to be able to write!!! 5 stars!! Will keep coming back!!

The soaking tub was amazing. It was too cold for us to care to try the rooftop hot tub, but we did go up and see the view, which was fantastic.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The only setback was weather, which was not in their power to command. The host was fantastic, and breakfast was more than expected.
