I'll keep this short:
check-in was delayed an hour. When we received our room, another guest was already there, who had to be removed.
Went to the teppanyaki for dinner and they didn't recognize our reservation. Complained to reception, who showed we were already in the system.
After dinner, returned to the room to find the curtain rod was broken (see picture). After waiting on hold with reception for an hour, we were placed in another room, missing bathrobes.
For room service, I had to find a housekeeper and ask three times throughout the day for someone to clean. I ended up paying her $250MX to come by because we had been waiting 4+ hours.
When she finally came by, she removed the wine voucher we had received for the late check-in.
So exhausted from dealing with reception regarding our complaints; left leaving more tired than when we arrived. By second night, seriously considered canceling the reservation and finding something elsewhere.
