8/10 Very good

This is an older hotel but was well maintained. Our room was very clean and comfortable. For the price of the room we were very pleased. Breakfast was very good as well. not just cereal and pastries. Eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc.

8/10 Very good

The hotel was clean, good customer service, breakfast bar. It was a great location between chinatown and little Saigon. I would book again. The only cons was that the place is outdated. It would help if they update the elevator (which ran really slow), carpet, bathroom, and ac unit. You also need a ticket at the counter for the breakfast bar. Parking on Saturday night was hard to find because folks would park and walk over to the plaza. Leave guest no spots.

2/10 Poor

If have NO STAR I’ll choose it. I was stay at this hotel before because of convenient to foods area. But this time I booked 6 rooms at this hotel, and I had very bad experiences of rooms not clean, staffs terrible service, breakfast not same as before, not much foods. I’ll tell my friends and family not stay at this hotel anymore because of the new management terrible manage.
