Nice stay but not for a 1-day stay
Hard to get room service... room maintenance is terrible in terms of getting things done (room temperature; water temp for in-room pool). During express check-in they make you sit in this comfortable place on tower's 3rd floor... by the time you get to your room it is 5 PM, pool service is closed, and temperature starts dropping fast in front of the pacific. First day is non-existent. Check out is at 11 AM. So I do not recommend this place for 1-day stay at all.

This was our second visit to the resort, 1st was in 2019. We enjoyed our week - the resort has a lot of amenities to satisfy almost anyone. Food is above average the staff are always helpful and pleasant. If you don’t mind a pool only environment this place is for you. The beach is beautiful but swimming in the pacific is not recommended due to dangerous riptides.

Second time here. Like the quaintness and adults only. Food good. They do nickel and dime you for extras and no explanation of what booze is included and an upcharge. Also coffee shop is extra where all other resorts have free coffee and desserts area.

This is a great smaller property for adults only that want a quiet relaxing vacation. Property is beautiful and right on the beach. We’d never been to a Pueblo bonito property and felt the staff was probably the best we’ve ever encountered in Cabo. Overall we loved our stay but will add a disclaimer. We notice that when booking thru Expedia you will tend to get the less desirable rooms in the class you pay for and in this case the room was next to a service elevator that made a lot of noise all hours of the day. We probably saved 1000-1500 on a 5 day package so hard to complain.

Best customer service by far of any hotel or resort I’ve been to. The butler service was amazing. Isra was amazing and made our experience wonderful! He helped with all our reservations for restaurants and cabanas and transportation. He was just a text away to assist with everything we needed. Absolutely A hospitality. The property and our room was super clean! The only area of improvement I would suggest is the food. The breakfast buffet was great but the lunch options were just ok. Dinner was tasty at Pacifica at Peninsula and Pescados but disappointing at the sister resort Sunset Beach’s Tazuna. The event dinners for a rehearsal dinner and wedding were both pretty bad as well. I also think Pacifica should add an ice cream/gelato/dessert bar like the Market had at Sunset beach. Would recommend to others and would come back!
