Would not book here again. The front desk clerk was RUDE and laughed in my face when I asked why there was a fee for parking after I already paid a fee for the room. He laughed and said I should have read the fine print better! At over $300 a night, paying an extra $21.25 to park PER night is outrageous!! The elevator floor was broke and peeling up from the previous floor. Wires were hanging down from the elevator ceiling and what was left of the floor was sticky. Super disappointed in the hotel for a holiday inn! Will be staying elsewhere when we return next year.

The staff were friendly and polite. The beds and pillows were not comfortable at all. My son had a double bed with a pullout couch and the sheets they gave us barely covered the bed. We had to pay $20 for parking too.

In town monthly for work and always skipped by, finally booked and very happy with the stay! Right at check in the gentleman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, this trip was with family so I had my child and forgot to grab milk for the bedtime bottle, the little concession stand was a saviour, lots of options and treats and option to pay or charge to the room which was nice when dealing with a fussy toddler. Didn’t visit the attached restaurant but it smelts amazing and was busy! Parking was convenient and plowed as we were there during an unexpected storm and hotel was a short drive to all the stores/food and scenery. Our room was on the 6th floor, great view of the Canadian side of the falls and nightlife.

Holiday inn almost completely ruined our trip, and will never be staying at another one again, they lady at the front desk was very VERY unhelpful and rude, the card that I paid for the room in full with was canceled and she refused to let us pay with another card. My partner and I walked back out to the car to come up with a plan and when we walked back in she told us that she had canceled our reservation and we were not welcome to stay there. (We had my 7 year old nephew in the car and we had just drivin 7 hours to get there) thankfully the Wyndham Hotel right next door was very very helpful went above and beyond for us and discounted our rate because they felt bad that holiday inn treated us that way. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BOOK AT S HOLIDAY INN
