When you book through Hotels.Com they give you the worst room they have, mine was under the elevator engine so when someone use the elevator you hear the motor. The breakfast was ok but not many choices, the Hot tub was not so clean, not powerful and it was really busy the day I was there.

This was our first stay at this hotel…staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Rooms were very clean and basic. Breakfast was adequate to get you going for the day but limited in food choices. My husband says the coffee was good. If you wanted a larger selection there were a couple of great breakfast buffets within walking distance that were reasonably priced. This hotel is in a great location and minutes to walk to fantastic restaurants, shopping, Casino and the Falls. We stayed in the off season so it was extremely budget friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location only a 3 minute walk to Fallsview Casino across the street. The room is of good value, with two queen beds, standard TV, bar fridge, and coffee maker. There is a balcony that is accessible from the room that you can walk out directly from which is an added bonus. A full hot breakfast is included for guests of the hotel which is a nice little touch, especially a great option for families! The only negative I would say is the expensive parking charge of $25 + taxes and fees per night that is applicable for parking a car in the hotel lot.
