Nice place. Quite noisy from the bar on the ground level

Friendly
We had to return home earlier than expected. Even though we booked a non-changeable room rate the hotel did not hesitate to change our dates at no fee. They were courteous and friendly and made a hard situation a lot better. They even helped book us transportation to the airport. I would recommend staying here anytime and we hope to go back sometime soon

Great location
Perfect location to stay for just about anything to do in Dublin, especially if you are looking for Pubs with music. Very easy to find, staff was friendly, room was a bit small but on par for European cities. Check in was easy, check out was easier. The should tell you where to park on the description (park rite). The guy at the counter had no clue how to get the discounted rate and told me to just tell them, but there was no one to tell. The guy at check out gave me a card to take with me to use and that’s how to get the discount parking.

One night stay at the Dublin Citi Hotel
There was no water from the hot tap in the morning, with just a dribble of rusty water. This was reported to reception, but they weren't able to help, or offer any alternatives. Also the Deluxe room was very noisy during the nigh, as there was no double glazing.

Dublin Citi was a pleasant experience. The room was dated but clean. Exceptional value for the location.

Central and Loud
Just wanted a place downtown for the night, and this definitely fit the bill. Very central and easy to walk around, which is also it’s downfall. It was so unbearably loud I could hardly sleep. The room was supplied with ear plugs, but it wasn’t too helpful.

Dublin citi
Was in town for just three nights so it wasn’t TOO bad that the room was so so tiny. Radiator made crazy noise and only 4 channels on the tv. There isn’t a concierge so that’s not very helpful. Great location only reason they can charge that price.

Loved the place! Great location and nice ,albeit small and hot (no AC) room. Tye staff was courteous and the pub attached had great food and drink.

Perfect location. Didn't interact so much with the service but overall a great hotel if you want a central hotel.
