Un début de vacances catastrophique

La chambre n’était pas prête à l’heure du checkin. Nous sommes entrés dedans à 16h30. Une fois arrivée dans la chambre on s’est rendu compte qu’il manquait un lit. La gouvernante assez gênée a appelé la responsable qui nous a expliqué que la troisième personne devrait dormir sur une chauffeuse sans même montrer un signe d’empathie. L’alame a sonné à 7h du matin pour célébrer notre première nuit et le petit déjeuner était vraiment limité. Sur une meilleure note, tout est très propre, la salle de sport est géniale et l’offre du restaurant est délicieuse.
