Very accommodating
The hotel was very good, especially so as it had been very recently renovated. However, I do want to give a big thank you to the staff for helping us out. We were due to check out by 11am on the Sunday for a late evening flight. Unfortunately my partner was not very well and did not have the energy to walk around Waikiki waiting for our time to leave for the airport. So we asked if we could keep the room for another night whilst she rested. Initially the room was sold to someone else so we thought we would have to move to another room. Fortunately, after this was discussed with the manager, we were later told we could keep the room for as long as we wanted for a nominal hourly charge. I am sure it worked well for the hotel too but more importantly it worked well for us as we didn't have to move. Thank you!

A wonderful stay!!
This was my first trip to Honolulu and I could not ask for a better hotel and accommodation. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. The location is central to Waikīkī Beach, restaurants and shopping. The room was lovely and newly renovated. We went on a friends trip and had the best time as the places we wanted to go were near and there’s even a wonderful mall and Target right next door. Maholo to the staff for making this trip such a memorable and happy one!!

A wonderful stay !!!
Our 1 night stay at this hotel was great !! Every employee we had any contact with was incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. The employees here are a huge asset to this business. The hotel has had a fairly recent refurbishment and is very beautiful ! The only negative for us was a lack of soundproofing between rooms, particularly doors closing & people talking in rooms on either side of ours. We would certainly stay here again, always taking earplugs any time we travel. Thanks to all the fabulous staff from housekeeping , front desk staff & fabulous porters. You are amazing !!

Totally worth it!
We had a great time. Location is perfectly situated a couple blocks off the main drag of Waikiki. Target was right downstairs which was great for groceries and toiletries. Hotel staff was kind and professional. And, they offered daily housekeeping which is hard to find these days. The bed was very comfortable and our room was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.
