Room is clean and comfortable, staff are helpful and nice, they provide me an extended plug, so I can use my hair straightener in the bathroom. Just the internal lock is too hard to open and I hurt my finger and bleed, else everything is good.

Good views, good location for transport links (MTR and Tram). Safe to walk at all times of the day; but it's a long way into Central Hong Kong.
Hotel is good but requires better electrical connections, only three available with one permanently occupied by a humidifier.

Stunning view of the harbour a comfortable relaxing room. Very good bed and pillows.The staff were friendly and efficient without being intrusive.Plenty of good places to eat in easy walking distance. Close to trams (Ding Dings) We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again

Very nice hotel for the price, staff helpful & friendly, breakfast good with lots of choice, room a decent size, airport bus stop literally across the road, very handy for seeing all the sites in HK but on a relatively quiet road.
