Worst place don’t book.
I didn’t get a chance to stay. I arrived at 3PM and nobody there. I called the number that was at the door and the person said that 4PM is the check in. I get it but shouldn’t anybody supposed to be there in case of emergency? The place look deserted and run down. I decided to go to Comfort inn and booked my stay. They should not allow this motel continue to operate. It is very bad and look run down.

What a bargain with thought??
Well the room had a mildew smell to it. There was no cable tv. No garbage can other than the on in the bathroom. Fridge was small and very old. The wall behind the bed: must of had a hole in the wall, was patched but not painted.

Not good, not bad
We only had an overnight stay and had two beds in our room. The one bed was very comfortable. The other one was quite hard. The room was very clean when we got there, but there was no face cloth in the bathroom only a few small towels, we couldn’t figure out how to work the TV, there was no coffee maker or ice bucket or anything in the room.Overall I would give this motel a three out of five rating.

HORROR MOTEL.... RUN!
If this is all you can afford, save your money and don't do Niagara. We came for a BMX race, and just needed a place to set our heads. Usually I go to Motels and receive some sort of service. Check in isn't until 3pm, don't show up a moment before. If you plan to stay multiple days, don't expect clean sheets. Actually... Don't expect clean sheets in general. There's nowhere close to enough towels. When you sit outside to get air because the rooms are so old and stuffy, you have people living across staring at you from their windows and sitting outside watching you constantly. The bathroom is disgusting, and the sink assaults you everytime you turn it on because it sprays you in the face. There was old drink stains on the walls, handprints on the walls, the walls were SOOOOOO dirty. The carpets were old foamy, and I refused to take off my shoes. I had to strip the bed and the mattress made me gag, it looked like it had a poop stain on it. Run from this motel. I literally watched a couple check in, and leave all within 45 minutes. If it wasn't for the race, and no extra funds, I wouldn't have stayed either. We ended up leaving after the first night and just using the room to store my kids bike in while we explored before getting the hell out of this horror motel.

What I liked? It looks like a newly resurfaced parking lot. What I didn’t like... The wet, soggy felling of the room, furnat, carpet... They don’t have aperson in the office until 3 pm. Dirty, rusty, disgusting. The door lock was usless.

This property is adequate from the distance of DT. It serviced by local transit. There are a few food options but more as you get closer DT. There is no pool. But its clean, friendly staff and I had no worries staying here as closer to DT there is a noticeable amount of marginalized persons so at this property there are no noticeable. So you pick what makes sense for you. Apparently doing renovations and offering a dining option. So it will only improve.
