Avoid any room downstairs if you want sleep!
I bought a single and thought it was great when I was offered an upgrade to a twin. However accepting the upgrade was the worst mistake. My room was in the basement, people were smoking and talking outside my window until the early hours making the room stink and depriving me of sleep. The walls and doors were paper thin and It was also by some sort of staff area and the breakfast room - so from late night until the moment I left I heard talking, coughing, shouting, clinking. All I’m all quite a terrible experience.

Arrived a little early and no problem being checked in. Room was small but tidy. Was fine for couple nights stay. Plenty tea and coffee provided. Reception staff friendly. A little noisy with sometimes being able to hear bathroom flushing from next room

Lovely clean hotel, very close to Victoria train and coach station in a very nice quiet area. Plenty of little shops about for supplies. Was given a free upgrade to a double room after booking a single. Was walked to the annex part of the hotel where I was staying and guided to my room. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
