Be warned, absolutely terrible experience!
One of the worst experiences at any accomodation found on hotels.com
There were numerous small issues, tv remote didn't work, Uber eats was stolen while I was in the washroom etc. but the most major was an incredibly strong and unbearable smell of sulfur that began on day two of my stay and endured until I left. I messaged the hosts on the platform, I text and I called and tried everything to get in contact. This was at 4:30pm on a Tuesday. I had to leave because the smell was so strong I was getting a severe headache and was worried for my health. I stayed out until late, all along messaging and calling and trying to simply figure this out but they never replied. They didn't respond until the following morning and simply said some along the lines of "its not gas". No apologies, no solution. Meanwhile, fearing for my safety I slept a few hours, which I was very nervous about, but had no other choice, and left early in the morning. The smell had begun to fade morning but the host ignored messges and has done nothing to try and resolve the situation. Terrible communication, dirty accomodation and unbearably strong smell of sulfur for the entire stay. Be warned!!!
