Room was spotless and had everything that we needed. Check in staff were so helpful. Cel assisted us with our bags to our room on 2nd level. We truly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back again.

Staff is friendly and nice. Room isnt that bad actually, pretty comfortable. Location is convenient and lots of food nearby. But come with some issues. First is Cleanliness can be better such as, floor obivously not sweep/vacuum clean thoroughly enough can still see hair on the floor. The microwave when first use can smell Macdonald, probably the previous guests heat it up. Last is every rooms door when close is freaking loud, is like hearing gunshot, bang bang bang. Consider soft close for all doors and cabinet? But overall if you are on a tight budget, this is pretty good. Oh, no lift, so be ready to climb~

This place is perfect for the budget traveller. Simple small room, easish to get to from Changi about an hour in the mrt and bus 145.
Also has a little side office I used for the day to work remotely. The man in front counter was awesome so friendly… I’ll use this little place again

We were in a room without windows, they say we were « upgraded » but I just think people before us just ask to switch. No cleaning during 4days without any fresh air. The smell wasn’t this great because of the lack of ventilation. That’s a shame

The hotel was comfortable, but customer service needs to be improved.
Especially, it was very concerning that no one at the front desk after 7 PM.
This time, I left my key in the room and couldn't find a front desk staff to help me,
Unfortunately, I had to leave for the airport at 6 AM the next morning，but the staff starts work at 10 AM.
This meant I would not be able to retrieve my luggage until 10 AM and would have to sleep on the street.
Finally, I found the emergency room card in the mailbox and retrieved my luggage, so I escaped the disaster safely.

Major downside: there is no lift/elevator in the building, and I had two large luggage bags. Otherwise, the staff were super friendly, the location was close to everything. Given the price, I think it's a good choice to live in this hotel.
