While the location was convenient for us, the overall cleanliness was subpar. There were cockroaches outside the door, floors in the unit and general surfaces appeared to be untouched by cleaners and dusty/dirty. Some woman from another unit yelled at my kids to “shut the f up” while swimming in the pool. Overall, okay for the price. You get what you pay for.

Property is unsafe. No AC. This is noted In reviews but not property description. Site staff are helpful but only there during the day. Unable to reach anyone during checkin. Room was unbearably hot and stuffy and required all blinds of windows and doors to be open in order to cool down at all. Intolerable during summer months. Saint staff said a refund was no problem since we checked out several days early but remote property management was difficult to reach unwilling to compromise. I recommend Expedia at least require them to add the lack of AC to property description or remove property from site.

Property was very well maintained, they have no AC which is why its only getting 3 stars and if your on the ground floor everyone slamming the pool bathroom doors and gates all evening is annoying if you sleep early and theres a annoying lady who lives on the 4th floor who constantly yells at people outside in the pool and video records them and puts them on youtube

We greatly enjoyed our six day stay with exception for the last day- we were woken up at 4:00 am by an irate unit owner (who lives on the fourth floor of the multilevel building) shouting and screaming at the top of her lungs “follow the rules - the pool area is closed” multiple times across the courtyard at a guest sitting quietly on a lawn chair. She woke my whole family and all the guest in the entire property - which put a damper on the rest of the day. I learned later, she video records families and brags that she posted the videos on youtube. Apparently this is an ongoing issue with this person. It’s a shame one person can make a great place to stay so horrible.

Centrally located to all activities and shopping. Floor plan was well set up. Ventilation in the kitchen is poor and got really warm when cooking. Condo was very clean. The furniture was dated like from the ‘60s, but was well kept and updated upholstery. No AC, but with windows open on each end of the condo, there was a good breeze. Beware of strong winds in the afternoon. Don’t leave items on the patio, they’ll be blown away.

This was a great place to stay. Rooms were nice size and clean. One of the few places that had 2 bedroom, option. Elevator worked quickly too. Lots of friendly staff and customers. It has a vaping/smoking corner in the parking lot, which was nice. You could also walk across the street to the beach. There is a nice restaurant on the same property which also has great sushi and food in general. Really enjoyed the stay, would highly recommend to anyone.
