Localizacao ótima para o que eu precisava. Fluxo de agua do chuveiro ruim. Box minúsculo e que mesmo fechado vazou agua e molhou o banheiro, tapete etc. Box com muito mofo, algo facilmente resolvido se jogassem agua sanitária. Pia da cozinha entupida. Quem é sensivel ao barulho da rua, melhor nao alugar. 500 diária é um custo benefício ruim a meu ver.
