Very convenient location with 3 Metro stops close by, a market next door and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel room was actually quite big and the bathroom pretty big too. An elevator was a definite bonus. We didn't get a chance to try the bar but it looked like it was plentiful. Free water, coffee and hot chocolate was a nice touch

Didn’t have the breakfast. Receptionist was lovely but the hotel was in serious need to upgrading. Our mattress was broken, broken tile in the bathroom, shower head was old. The staff were really nice but some money needs to be spent on doing it up. The walls are also paper thin so it was quite hard to sleep even though I’m a heavy sleeper. The area around the hotel is also not the best but I know this is nothing to do with the hotel

Pleasant hotel, staff members are very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Only hiccup was the elevator being out of service and we were on the 5th floor! The staff helped with our luggage which we greatly appreciated. It was thankfully fixed the next day. Breakfast was good.

Unfortunately, you can hear everything that's happening outside your room - lots of doors banging and people talking.
