Clean room. Next to lightrail and main train station. Need a new doorbell. We rang the bell for 5 minutes and no one answer the gate until some other guest leaving the building opened the door.

The property information on Expedia was incorrect - there is no laundry available. I specifically booked because we needed to do laundry during our stay so this was extremely disappointing. The room was clean, but very basic. Mini fridge was old and didn't get very cold. Bathroom fan wasn't functional and it showed because there was mold on the ceiling in bathroom. For the price and location it was a fine for a bed to sleep in for one night. I would not stay for longer.

La chambre est dans un quartier tranquille proche de la gare de Santa Maria Novella, et en conséquence proche du centre ville - nous étions à 25 minutes de marche du musée des Offices. Les lits sont confortable et l'endroit est propre. Cela dit, cette chambre est trop petite pour 4 personnes, il n'y a pas d'espace pour les bagages, il n'y a même pas un endroit un accrocher les manteaux. La salle de bain est sans fênetre, et l'extracteur ne marchait pas, du coup il y avait beaucoup d'humidité. La reception fonctionne quelques heures par jour, on a vu la personne une seule fois. Je veux bien que c'est Florence, c'est touristique. L'endroit peut dépanner pour une nuit ou deux, mais c'est pas top pour plus longtemps

Belle chambre près de la gare.
La chambre etait vraiment nickel, très belle et très propre et calme, plutôt pas trop mal située, a proximité de la gare, mais dans un quartier sans charme.
Deux mauvaises surprises à relativiser : la taxe de séjour était de 6€/personne et non 3,5€/personne comme indiqué sur le site, mais après vérification le professionnel était de bonne foi. Et des travaux gênaient la circulation et j’ai du essayer 4 parcmètres différents avant d’en trouver qui fonctionne avec la carte bancaire. Tarif à 2€/h.

Je suis arrivée tres tot a 10h du matin alors que je devais avoir la chambre pour 14h .Ils ont tout fait pour que je puisse l avoir rapidement et je l ai eu une demi heure apres .Le lieu est sécurisé. L emplacement est top .cet endroit sent tres bon comme si on était dans un centre de détente. Apres pour 4 personnes la chambre est un peu petit donc pour un sejour d une semaine on peut se sentir a l étroit. Il faudrait mettre un micro onde a disposition

Este establecimiento, no debería ofrecerse como alojamiento. No llega a la categoría de pensión. Además estaba en obras con albañiles, pintores, etc.
Téngase en cuenta que pagué por 2 noches 176€ más 20 por impuesto ciudad, es decir un atraco. Es con diferencia el peor sitio donde he pernoctado de mi vida. No volveré a usar HOTELES.COM
