This is a beautiful hotel with large, spacious rooms. Staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast was great and we were a 3 min walk across the street to West Edmonton Mall. I would absolutely stay here again!

1. There was not counter in the bathroom. No place to even put a toothbrush - extremely inconvenient bathroom set up. We’re given an ‘accessible room’ so that explains the terrible layout. Not what we booked. No discount for the crappy bathroom. Even the toilet seat was crooked.
2. Noisy. Poor sleep because the walls are so thin you can hear street noise, shower on the floor above etc.
