You want a 5 star hotel, this isn't a fancy crystal chandelier kinda place. What it is full charm and friendly helpful staff. 10 min walk to the Eiffel tower, central to do many fun places.

We suggest that a reception be set up to welcome guests upon arrival from the street, it was very disappointing and frightening to arrive through the service gate with no one to give information or help.

Área muito segura, perto do metrô, várias lojinhas perto também, jardim do hotel lindo! Chegamos na madrugada para fazer check in e deu tudo certo. Pedimos ferro e tábua de passar e nos atenderam prontamente. Valeu muito. Equipe muito atenciosa.

Fue un viaje excelente y una estadía genial. Desde el primer instante nos ayudaron y la atención de recepción fue 5 estrellas. En ese momento requerimos apoyo para comprar alimentos y medicinas y fueron muy amables ofreciendo en todo momento asesoría para adquirir lo requerido. Volvería y recomendaría siempre.

Une seule nuit qui ne nous a pas permis d'apprécier l'ensemble des prestations proposés.
A noter: nous avons eu une chambre au premier, alors que mon épouse est en mobilité réduite.
Nous n'avions pas fait de demande spéciale lors de la réservation pensant disposer d'un ascenseur sur place.

Schlichtes Hotel, aber sauber und praktisch
Das Hotel ist einfach gehalten, aber alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Rezeption ist 24h besetzt. Einziger Minuspunkt: auf meine diversen Kontaktversuche vor der Anreise gab es keine Reaktion.
