This is the perfect location for your trip! You have a small convenience store right around the corner. The rooms are large and clean. I had a great stay at Sana Natura.

I loved the location and the room. It was perfect and indoors was quiet. Close to shopping and the major sightseeing areas. It’s a walking distance to Gran vía as well. And the famous churros of San Ginés.
The bed and black out shades were perfect for a comfy stay.

This hotel was in the heart of the city, very easy to check-in, the staff was very welcoming, the room was absolutely beautiful and very clean. Would stay again for my next trip to Madrid.

Great hotel with an amazing location and wonderful cleaning staff. I arrived early, and the cleaning staff kindly accommodated me by allowing me to leave my luggage in the room while she finished cleaning. Although there’s no front desk, the cleaning staff went above and beyond to assist with anything I needed. The hotel is well located to most attractions and is surrounded by many restaurants. I would highly recommend to anyone.

What a smart concept of hotel. Loved it! Communication trough email and text were great. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Location could have not been better and we had an unforgettable time in Madrid. This stay made all the difference.

Great location and good for solo or group travelers. It was a bit different not having a front desk but once you checked in online per the link and had the information you were good to go. It’s a different business model but if you are self sufficient you are good to go! I did ask a couple of questions to the what’s app (that’s how you communicate) but felt like a bother to ask about things like an iron or extra towels, which I would have had there been a front desk. Definitely recommend for anyone who is well travelled and doesn’t have many questions. Great location, quite considering the location and a great price!

Great central location, ladies only dorm, quiet.
Hard to find due to insufficient instructions that its on 3rd floor of building with poor marking at entrance. Ensuite shared bathroom too small and cramped with loud exhaust fan and light that was distracting for sleep. Shower cubicle also needs to be updated. No cooking facilities.

The location is amazing but the service is terrible! Spent 5 nights and no housekeeping even once! Why would you have to request for your lines to be changed if you are paying for 5 nights!? That tells you everything! I reported issue, and requested for an upgrade to a private room and they were fast to say no. Never again
