This property is on a high hill and the view from up there is amazing! There are lots of places to stop and overlook the entire Guayabitos Bay while drinking your morning coffee. There are two very clean swimming pools with access to BBQ pits. It was such a calm, relaxing, beautiful experience. Reccomend it 100%

We loved the location of the property. It’s up on a beautiful hill across from the main town. The cabins are awesome. However, the property is extremely dirty, trash everywhere, and the worse part is that there seems to be no trash collection in the area and the property’s management burns the trash, there are piles of trash throughout the property. A shame for such a beautiful landscape, and obviously not very environmentally focused. If, and when, they create a more environmentally conscious place to enjoy, we would be happy to stay there again.

Cozy with a View
The hotel is located atop a small mountain. The road to get there is very rocky and rustic and easily missed from the main road. But the view from the small balcony is well worth the bumpy trip. You see the ocean and the entire town of Rincon de Guayabitos. Hot water was great. Bed was very comfortable too. Room was small but you don't mind it. Alot of cool birds on the grounds.

This is a wonderful choice for people looking to really disconnect. It's peaceful, and there's a beautiful view over the sea. Rincon de Guyabitos is a lovely town and there are some fantastic beaches a short drive from the hotel.
With that said, the property is a bit difficult to find. There's no signs indicating that it's a businesses, nor are there any signs on the property indicating where to go to check in. The property is at the top of a very steep hill, and the road is quite rough. We were glad we rented an SUV. Coming from Puerto Vallarta, Google maps has the pin for this property about halfway up the hill, at an unfinished house and a gate with a no trespassing sign on it, though the gate is open. Be prepared to speak Spanish or use a translation app to talk to hotel staff.
Be aware that the wifi is very spotty, so if you're planning to work remotely that might be a challenge. I was able to use cell phone data for the few meetings I had, but if you're a digital nomad that might not be a great solution. Also be aware that the mattresses are hard, at least in the family cabins on the ground floor. Upstairs in the family cabin were air mattresses.
Please understand that these aren't complaints, it's more of a "know before you go" statement. We're very happy with our stay.
I'd like to suggest the property include a broom in the cabins since housekeeping isn't included even on longer stays. I'd also like to suggest they add signs to help visitors find the right place.

El hogar es bonito, una lastima como es gestionado. No hay recepción y los dueños no responden al teléfono en caso de necesidad. Pedimos unas toallas nuevas y no había.

La atención de todos fue muy amable y atentos, la estancia amena y comoda. Maravillosa vista, alberca limpia, aparte el ambiente familiar y cálido. A mi me encantó el lugar, un pero sería la subida pero de ahí en más todo bonito.
