Well maintained, clean, good beds and shower. Outdoor chairs for sitting outside room. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. A 5-10 minute drive to downtown Perth with several interesting stores and good restaurants.

We stayed here twice recently while visiting friends in the area. It has everything you want from an old-school motel, with modern upgrades.
Carpet-free rooms give a clean feel, good AC, all conveniences like a fridge and coffee maker.
You need a car to get into town, but location is good with access to attractions and restaurants. Friendly accommodating staff, too!
