I checked into Aston Rubi City Suites for a staycation. The suite was clean and the kitchen came in handy for quick meals. Bed and AC worked well. Rooftop pool has chill city views. Parking on site is free and wifi never dropped. Staff was friendly and mini gym covers basics. Checkout was a breeze. Solid spot for locals and visitors.

I had the honor of being a guest at the Aston Rubi Suites, and my stay was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with exceptional hospitality. The check-in was seamless, and my room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail, from the cozy bed to the high-end amenities, showed the hotel’s commitment to quality.
The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was inviting, and everything felt well thought out. If this is how Aston Rubi Suites starts, I can’t wait to see how it flourishes. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

The place is beautiful! Top roof has a gorgeous pool and city view! Staff super pleasant and courteous. There are 3 very nice restaurants right around the corner. The burger's one I tried was excellent! There is also a mini market a block down very convenient that also serves light food. There are two things I would like to mention in case it helps. The hotel is not close to the airport as Expedia made it look for me. It is about 40 minutes away. Be ready to pay 40 USD for one way. There is also no city life in the area. You would need to take taxi to downtown SD if you are looking for that. It is about 15 mins. The hotel itself is new, very clean and very nice!
