Only 2, very thin, bath towels is not sufficient. Four towels for 2 adults would be more appropriate. Usually, the front desk staff is very helpful but on this stay, the front desk staff charged me an additional "fee", beyond what I had already paid for through Hotels.com.

Very pet friendly; staff was accomodating. However, we were 3 people, but only 2 towel sets were provided, and no more were available at first (finally got a 3rd towel). also, it would be nice if 3 cups had been provided in the room.

The room felt and smelled brand new. It was very clean and nicely maintained. The beds were a bit stiff, and the room had only basic amenities, no hair dryer, iron, or ironing board. The elevator was broken, so we had to use the stairs. The area around the hotel felt very safe, and there were plenty of things to do nearby. Overall, it was a great stay.

Looks like a newly constructed hotel. The property is nice and clean. I asked for a top floor room when I made the reservation but she hadn’t noticed it when I asked at check-in. I not sure what happened but I was placed on the 3rd floor. Not the fourth? I thought maybe it wasn’t opened yet. IDK. There were no hand towels in the room. Only bath towels and wash cloths. Maybe just new operating glitches that will be worked out in time.

Great, very basic hotel for a comfortable stay. Super clean, comfortable bed, modern bathroom, easy parking and very quiet.
I had read the previous reviews so I knew what to expect. There is a full kitchen with large refrigerator, 2 burner stove and microwave, but no plates, pans, utensils, kitchen towels, ice cube trays, etc. So I brought with me a drinking glass, coffee cup and a small pan to use in the microwave and a spoon and fork. So really good to make instant oatmeal and warm up leftovers. I do believe if you ask at the front desk, they will provide some of the basics for the kitchen. I was able to procure an ice cube tray to use by asking at the front desk. Excellent stay and I would stay again.
