Pas de sejour, car pas d'instruction. Seulement 2 mails avec la confirmation du paiement et de la facture, mais aucun code pr rentrer ds l'immeuble et aucun code pr rentrer ds le studio. Je me suis retrouvée à la rue avec Foch le lundi soir jusqu'à plus de 22h sans réussir à joindre HOTELS.COM et l'hébergement. J'ai eu HOTELS.COM dès le lendemain car j'ai appelé et min dossier est en cours de traitement. J'avais pris 3 nuits pr plus de 500. J'ai du trouver une solution d'hébergement a partir de 22h. Horrible experience, alors que je suis cliente GOLD et que je n'ai jamais eu de problème avec HOTEL.COM. J'attends le remboursement et puis un geste commercial d'HOTEL.COM
