10/10 Exceptional

This was great stay! There is no reception or staff as you’re virtually renting an apartment. The apartment is absolutely brilliant and so spacious. Would recommend for longer stays as it is really spacious. Its in a great location with great connection to the downtown area. Great connection to Shin-Osaka, Umeda and Namba as well. The area surrounding the apparent has good eating options, couple of convenience stores and also a little shopping arcade.

8/10 Very good

Really great if you want a more apartment style place, much more space for luggage and easy access to washing machine. Did have some issues with leak from toilet, and a friend had leak from the air conditioner. Also found a random toenail, but the pros outweigh the cons. Will return if we visit Osaka again!
