loved the jet tub, bathroom is clean, bed is comfortable! however, my only issues is that check in was at 3pm and we ended up having to wait till 5pm and the lighting isn’t very bright!

Recommend room with Jacuzzi. Cozy and romantic. Clean room. Only thing bad was got woken up 4am to a couple fighting arguing.

For a safe, average stay in Long Beach this place checks the boxes. Nothing fancy but the individual rooms are clean. My only issue was the noise, particularly one obnoxious guest who enjoyed revving his car engine.

At first, the room looked fine but the bed was badly sunk in especially in the middle. The jetted tub was dirty, the hot water was VERY weak and the plastic plug was punctured. The icing on
the cake was when I saw a cockroach on the side of the mirror. That was at 2am so I knew that I wouldn't be able to get another room. When checking out the next day, I showed the guy at the front desk, he didn't seem surprised and he never apologized. I asked to speak with the manager but supposedly he's out of town for one week. I'm positive that my credit card company will reimburse me.
