The property was amazing, this is actually the second time we stay here. Unfortunately, they just recently opened some sort of club, a building in between the hotel that it wouldn’t let us sleep, their music was extremely loud and they didn’t shut it down til around 3 in the morning. First time we came it was amazing, we were able to truly relax now not so much. Not the property’s fault but it did affect our stay.

The hotel looked cute at the beginning; however, room ac doesn’t work, there is a lot of mosquitos inside room. Personal is very dry, not welcoming. There is nothing to do around. I didn’t like the stay; my stay was for two days. I only stay one night and the next day I went somewhere else.

The hotel is OK, beach is right outside. What I didn’t like is the lack of empathy from the staff at the time of check out I explained to them that the AC had not worked all night and they were aware of it. They had a portable unit that needed to be turned off because it was making the room more hot. The TV was not working, which they were aware of also and still they didn’t want to give us a discount for the trouble and suffering of bearing that hot room all night. Will not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and staff helpful and courteous
The meals were freshly made and they have a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival.
I particularly liked the options at breakfast as they do healthy bowls of fresh fruit and granola with nuts and seeds. They also arranged a mangroves boat trip with Carlo and Eroll I highly recommend this as Eroll is very good at spotting wildlife

Hotel super bonito!! El staff fue muy amable. Nuestro cuarto no tenía vista al mar, pero desde la piscina la vista era increíble! Creo que el servicio para servir comida podria ser un poco más eficiente, dado que había que buscar al mesero constantemente. Sin embargo, recomendaría 100% el hotel puesto que tiene todo lo que buscamos, paz, comodidad y una vibra muy tranquila
