Was not able to get in and nobody answered me when I called and reached out and am in the process of getting my refund.

When I arrived the room was dirty, there was urine in the toilet there was food on the counter and the bed was on made. There was no one that I could reach and the elevator was broken. They took my money and did not return it. I called Expedia immediately and they could not help me
