We had to check in late and we could not get ahold of anyone at the property after multiple attempt by myself and hotels.com The resort cancelled our reservation right at 10pm without calling us and we ended up stranded at the airport with two small children. Not impressed at all. Would not recommend. Communication is non existent

Overview stay for 3 nights. Quick check-in, all well organized. PLUS: - You can park inside gate in front of your bungalo. - access to the pool - restaurant, market at place, you don't have to drive outside. - evening events for camp guest - easy to get a trip to Rome. MINUS: - Available 4 levels of bungalo comfort: easy, smart, perfect, excellence. Via Hotels.com I couldn't choose level so they gave me the lowest one. Old, dirty and stink inside even after 3 days we couldn't remove this anoing smell. Nice place to spend vacations with kids but you have to book a higher level of standard, perfect or excelence. Bungalo are new, with a nice furniture inside and better equipt. Low standard of bungalo left a bad overall rate of this nice place.

Terrible!
Terrible!! The check in took 40 Minutes, then he called us back because he forgot to make a copy of our passports. So we lost almost an hour just to get the key! We asked for a bungalow near the entrance, as we had to leave really early in the morning, and they gave us one in the back of the camping. The bungalow was fair, clean but really basic. The a/c was setup at 16 degrees, and was really cold. We tried to modify the temperature but the remote wasn’t working - the light was broken so, I felt we were in a disco, as it was on-off. I don’t recommend it

No wifi, no tv, no phone, no hot tubs. Room was far from everything. My knees are bad so it was hard to get around for me. Can’t get clean towels so u have to buy new ones for 4 euros each or wash clothes. I spent 15 euros washing one load.

Easy access to centre via bus then metro. The bus to metro is 709 or one other ( number I forgot). You can buy these tickets on the camp site. €1.50 for bus and the metro ( one ticket) Great swimming pools with soft surface for small children. Lots of activities for kids including older teenagers ( basketball, games room, volleyball courts).

Our cabin was broken in to twice. We had items stolen and the room trashed. They moved us to another cabin and someone took the table off our porch. They gave us 2 free pizza vouchers for all the trouble and 1 of them had been used already when we went to redeem it!
